This delightful pizza combines the rich creaminess of burrata cheese with the sweet and savory flavors of prosciutto and honey.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • 4 oz prosciutto
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and transfer it to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the dough and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Top with torn pieces of burrata cheese and prosciutto slices.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
  6. Once out of the oven, drizzle with honey and top with fresh arugula.
  7. Slice and serve warm.
