Ingredients

  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 8 ounces chicken ham
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 large potatoes, diced
  • 2 cups kale, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and crumble.
  2. In the same pot, sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
  3. Add chicken ham and cook for another 3 minutes.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and add potatoes, cooking until tender.
  5. Stir in kale, heavy cream, and Italian seasoning. Cook until the kale wilts.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, and top with crumbled bacon before serving.

Notes
