4 slices turkey bacon
1 large onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups chicken broth
4 medium potatoes, diced
2 cups kale, chopped
1 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions
In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and crumble.
In the same pot, sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
Add the chicken broth and diced potatoes, cooking until potatoes are tender.
Stir in the kale and let it wilt.
